My name is Gianna Thimons. I am currently a senior in high school. I became an official published author as a junior! I am passionate about cooking, nutrition, and overall wellness! I hope to spread information about the importance of knowledge and application in nutrition and wellness. As someone who has experienced the amazing effects of taking care of my body through what I eat, the knowledge I have gained deserves to be felt and shared to uplift others.

Our beings are dependent on the food that we eat. Prioritizing balance and nutrition with food will positively change lives.
