I wrote this book to help people understand the power of properly fueling their bodies and to truly turn food into something that can work for us. Scientific evidence in the book explaining the correlation of nutrition to our well-being shows it is more than just food. Diving deeper into the factual research behind what we are putting into our bodies. While including nutritional recipes, I also focused on the mindful eating aspect.
